• You should not have anything to do with anyone whose sole purpose is to kill, to steal, and to destroy you

• Three things that the enemy wants to do to your children:
1. Steal the innocence of your children
2. To kill there resistance
3. Destroy their future

• Peer pressure is put upon teens and it causes them to lose their virginity

• Virgin: means keeping yourself sexually pure until you get married

• God never intended for anyone to indulge in sex outside of marriage

• Satan has used music, videos, and other media to download sexual immorality into the hearts of your children

• Satan knows that whatever is in your heart will manifest itself in your life

• You can not look at a person and determine if they have a STD (sexually transmitted disease)

• Take the responsibility for yourself and for your children – By making better choices

• There are many misconcepts people have regarding STD, (HIV and AIDS) in particular:

• Most people don’t get HIV or AIDS

• The rate of new cases are going down – That may be true for many age groups, but the rate of new cases is still rising for the age groups of (15 – 19) and (20 - 24)

• AIDS is a disease of Drug Users or Homosexual Individuals

• Since many celebrities and certain other individuals who have HIV are looking and doing well, you can still have a healthy life – But it affects your immune system

• HIV and AIDS is devastating; however, all sexually transmitted disease (STD) are just as devastating

• What you are watching and doing is making a difference in your life

• Satan is always setting traps for you and your children

• The type of clothing that is being marketed to your children are too revealing and inappropriate for their age groups

• Many individuals are making inappropriate soul ties through unnatural bonding

• Two hormones are released during sexually intimate relationships

• These hormones are designed for bonding – They are also released during labor during child birth and while mothers are nursing their baby

• These hormones have receptors that become dysfunctional over time due to inappropriate relationships

• The enemy is exploiting your children by any means possible

• You must protect your children from the traps of the enemy

• Satan works hard to get to your heart, to your children’s heart, to your marriage, and to our Christian culture

• Our Christian culture is under attack

• Things that use to be right is now considered wrong – Things that use to be wrong is now considered right

• Association is everything – Who you are hanging out with is going to determine one thing – What you are watching is going to determine another thing – And what you are listening to is going to determine some other issues – Because it’s all getting into your heart

• Whatever gets into your heart will be revealed in your life

• God wants your heart and Satan does also

• Everything that is tied up with you in your life is in your heart

• If you don’t like what is going on in your life – Change your heart

• Whatever is in you – It will come out

• If your heart is weak – You will live a weak life and you will be limited in some areas

• Whatever the condition of the heart – Your life will respond accordingly

• Satan knows that if he can get your heart messed up – He can get your life messed up

• You are a full time job – Do not worry about what others are doing - Take heed to yourself

• Music gets into your brains and dismantles your personality and reasoning ability

• You are crossing the lines because there is compromise in your life

• Satan does not come to you like a “big bad wolf” – He works a little at a time until he brings forth total deception and you are willing to cross the line

• Satan uses the heart to defile you, bring about contamination and to corrupt you

• What is in you will come out of you – You are what is inside you

• All of your wrong choices in life comes about because you were looking at the wrong things

• Things are going on in our society and with our kids because of the trash that we are listening to

• Nobody is doing anything – Trash belongs in the trash can

• You must monitor your own heart – Guard your heart by watching what is going into your heart

• Guard your own heart – Protect your own heart

• You must put up road blocks when you are guarding your heart

• Every area of your life is tied in with your heart

• If you don’t like what is in your life or what is going on around you – Then change what is coming out of you

• If you will change what is coming out of you – You will change what is coming around you

• If you don’t like what is around, change what is coming in you – Then you will be changing what is coming out of you

• Start looking at the things that are in your house that is influencing your youth in the wrong direction

• These seducing spirits are out to seduce you – deceive, destroy , being sneaky, to control you, to bind you up, make you non-productive, to break you course, and to get you off course with your destiny with God

• The seducing spirits have an agenda to kill, steal, and destroy

• Since some people have been deceived by seducing spirits, they are now deceiving others – The spirits are running rampage

• The enemy is using every media he can to bring destruction into your life

• Your deception comes from what you are looking at or what you are hearing

• You must be your own gatekeeper – You must protect yourself as to what you are watching or hearing

• As parents, you must be a gatekeeper for your children

• You are responsible for your children – They are naive

• Because the enemy is out there and hr is big, clever, and he knows what he is doing

• He is doing everything he can to take you to hell with him or get you off course to block the blessings that God has in store for you

• You also have to fight for your culture (Christian)

• When you don’t recognize how the seducing spirits are working – Then their operation just becomes normal stuff

• Many have become desensitized: meaning to render insensitive or less sensitive - to make emotional insensitive or unresponsive

• Desensitizing is a process – Satan comes in a little at a time

• When you are given to what you see – The enemy is always waiting to destroy you

• Don’t be fooled – The enemy is trying to set you up for destruction

• By any means necessary, the enemy is trying to entice you

• The enemy raises up superstars in order to seduce them

• What’s inside of you will determine how far you will go with your Christian life

• Our family, children, and culture (Christian) is under attack and many are just standing around and not doing anything about it

• You must be willing to take the responsibility for yourself

• There are seducing spirits whose agenda is to kill, steal, and destroy

• God’s purpose is for you to have life and to enjoy it to the fullest

• The agenda of seducing spirits:

1. Entrance into your life
2. They do this a little at a time
3. They release their agents against your mind, imagination, and your emotions
4. Their ultimate goal is to take total control

• Many people are the product of what they have heard and seen

• Once the negatives images from seducing spirits get inside your heart – It will come out in your life

• Remember that music is the only thing that can go through the left and right lubes of your brain and go straight to your heart

• Satan is raising up musical superstars who produces destructive music that has a negative influence on your children

• These images and music is not going to leave our society – However, you must start closing the door on them

• Even though you are righteous – The ways of the wicked is seducing your children

• Don’t allow your children to listen to or watch negative images without being checked

• You need to be aware of the seducing spirits and how they operate - So you can block their entrance into your life and the life of your children

• Good children are going bad because no one is sitting down with them and listening to what they are listening to

• You need to explain to your children what the images are doing to their lives
• You must put up some road blocks to the entrances into your life and the lives of your children

• At some point you must take a stand against the seducing spirits

• You must not allow them to take full control of you children

• Their agenda is to kill, steal, and destroy – Don’t let the enemy go unchecked

• Block the entrance and close the doors to the seducing spirits

• Everyone must be bold and take a stand against the seducing spirits

• Seducing spirits lead you astray

• The enemy wants to lead you astray from everything good in your life

• The penalty for being lead astray is very grave

• Sometimes people don’t make it back

• We have been so desensitized about our young children’s involvement with sexual activities

• Our society no longer views sexual promiscuity as something horrible

• You must turn away from everyone who is not helping you to get to God

• If seducing spirits can get it in you – They can control your life

• Seducing spirits has a partner called witchcraft – It comes along with seducing spirits

• These spirits will creep into your life a little at a time

• The devil does not want to present himself in such a way that you turn him away

• Our society is releasing predatory spirits

• Seducing spirits are working with witchcraft and preventing some people from getting back

• With seducing spirits and witchcraft comes soul ties – Then total deception

• The enemy’s job is to get you pass the point of no return in your life

• At that point, you cannot think straight – You don’t make logical decisions – You make all the wrong choices

• You allow the enemy to strip everything good and right in your life, out of your life

• Soul ties will bind you deeply into the wicked, seducing and witchcraft spirits

• It then becomes very difficult to bring you back

• The enemy uses music, songs, lyrics and the beat to bind you to soul ties

• The evil spirits have only one thing in mind – That is your total destruction

• Seducing spirits are always trying to pull you away from God

• Don’t get pulled in by seducing spirits and their cohorts because they have nothing to offer but death and destruction

• Seducing spirits are like termites in your house

• Your whole house can be almost eaten up and destroyed before you even know that you have a termite problem

• Seducing spirits don’t want to be uncovered

• These spirits don’t want a lot from you at first – They take a little at a time

• When you get the Word – You must fight to retain it

• You will lose the Word if you compromise over some feelings or some situation

• The enemy uses videos and everything that he can to get through to your eye and hear gates

• He knows that once he gets his stuff inside of you – It is hard to get it out of you

• You have a right to protect your eye and hear gates

• If you don’t protect them – You are then put on the road to destruction

• The food commercials are presenting food

• But it is a seducing spirit selling sex to our children or anybody trying to live right

• The enemy is trying to destroy anything that is good

• He uses these commercials to put images into your mind

• He wants to expose you to a world of fantasy

• Get a understanding about the signs of the last days

• What use to be repulsive is now just common

• The enemy has degraded sex to the lowest level

• He is bringing seducing spirits to attack you to cause you to make insane decisions

Statistics you should know:

• In 2006, an estimated 5259 young people ages 13-24 was diagnosed with HIV

• Each year approximately 19 million new STD infections occur – Almost half of them are among the youth between 15-24

• Sacramento is now number one with the STD Chlamydia - Many of the STDs have no cure

• The enemy is driving and causing our children into thinking that sex is nothing and has no accountability - That girls are nothing but play things for boys

• Somewhere, somebody has to be willing to stand up and help call others to take a stand to fight for what is right

• There is a destruction going on

• You are being attacked in your home through the videos, television and other media

• More than 400 thousands teen girls between 15-19 have given birth in 2009

• Many parents are allowing cheap imitators that are operating through seducing spirits to function in their homes without saying or doing anything

• The FBI estimate that over 100 thousands children and young women have been trafficked in American today

• This is happening because we are feeding perverts through the porn industry

• Children are being forced into the sexual industry and their lives are being destroyed

• Sacramento is rated number one in teen prostitution, both male and female

• The music industry is being used to seduce your young children

• You can’t take the music away from them – But there are tools that parents can use to counter act the destructive attacks

• Don’t become so spiritual that you become unaware of what your children are doing

• Take a stand and fight

“Points of the Vision”

• Every “Man of God” should have a God given vision for the House (Church)

• Vision is the goal or direction given for the “Man of God” to be able to fulfill God’s plan and purpose for building His kingdom

• God gives the vision – It is up to you to get connected to the vision

• You being connected to the vision is going to bring the provisions to meet the needs of your life and the lives of your family members

• Just going to church does not connect you to the vision - That only makes you a church attendee

• The vision will motivate and provoke you - A life without vision is a life that is out of control

• A person running with vision is better off than the person with no vision

• Vision will always be bigger than you - Vision will always bring glory to God

• Because vision stretches you and brings out talents lying dormant in you

• The 8th point of the vision of this house is: A Non-threatening Name - Calvary Christian Center

• The 9th point of the vision of this house is: Radio and Television

• G-12, Pathways, and Life Groups are connected to the 10th point of the vision of this house: A Care Group Ministry

• Life Groups are a part of the vision because: It makes a big church a small church - It brings accountability to you - It gives opportunity to develop leadership skills

• Every Christian’s destiny is leadership – Every one of you is a leader

• You may be leading on a smaller level than someone else

• But you have the potential to develop the greater leadership that is within you to be a person of influence for the kingdom of God

• Many people are interested in getting a position to show their authority

• God is not interested in you just getting a position of authority

• God wants you to get into a place of influence so you can start helping people to help themselves

• Once you come into this ministry, there is a Pathway for you to travel on

• The Pathways will develop you into leadership, a person of influence, and a person who makes a difference in the lives of other people

• Jesus had the same thing for His twelve - Everyone that came into connection with Him

• He had a place where they can grow - A place where they can develop their character

• You also need to develop your character to become a better person and make a difference in the life of someone else

• By having a life group and sharing your experiences, the Word, and mentoring – You will help change lives and potentially an entire generation

• Start running with the vision – Because vision is going to: Empower you – Stretch you – And cause you to move beyond your mundane lifestyle

• Every vision must have a goal – It will never become a reality for you to be a leader unless you go through the process

• In every church there should be a vision – Vision gives goals – And goals gives process

• Some people are fighting process – It takes process for you to get prepared to move into leadership and start helping people

• God wants you to get connected to vision – Get the goals of the ministry in your heart

• Set out to achieve those goals by being willing to go through the process – Process is there to turn every believer into a leader

• It is called the Pathways: The Path to Belonging – The Path to Involvement – The Path to Understanding Your Purpose

• The Pathways are there to help develop you into the leaders that God wants you to be

• Get involved today –Get connected with the vision of this ministry and with the “Man of God” of this house (Church)

• God gave His son’s life for you so that you can give your life to help somebody else – That is when life begins

• God has you here by divine purpose – He has given direction for you to be used by Him in a greater way

• The number one reason that things don’t happen in your life - You are not mixing the things you hear with faith

• The challenge you have as a Believer is to believe – It is the job description of a Believer

• Where your responsibility lies - Is where the challenge is

• Peace is rest – When you have peace, you have rest

• Rest is freedom from outside disturbances

• Sleeping does not bring rest until you have solved all of the things that would challenge your peace

• God does not get tired – So if He rested on the seventh day - He was making a point

• God is saying “I’m doing something you need to do and I will set the example by doing it”

• Because of unbelief - You will not enter into rest

• You enter into rest when you cease from your own labor

• What is the rest that God has given to the Believer today?

• It is the walk of faith

• There is nothing that God has left for Human Beings that can be obtained without covenant

• The bible you read is called the Old Covenant and the New Covenant Testament

• The Old Covenant as a restrictive way to conduct life has been done away with

• But the provision, the information, and the history of the New Covenant is contained in the Old Covenant

• We don’t throw it away because it is our reference - It is what we use going forward



• In appreciation to the Man and Woman of God – We have to appreciate that they have a handle on the thing that is to cause us to

1. Believe
2. Enter into rest
3. Obtain the promises of God through covenant

• We are celebrating people that know the covenant

• There must always be a separation before entrance

• The assignment comes before the promises

• God wants to make you a blessing to someone – Before blessings come to you

• God enters into covenant as a way of establishing a semblance of order in the earth

• The covenant from God is heaven on earth

• God wants life for you on the earth to be like it is with Him in heaven

• Everything that God decrees to be important is sealed with a covenant

• You progress by understanding the covenant you have with God

• Covenant has provision

• It’s not all about what God is going to do

• It’s what you need to do

• In some churches - The Pastor has no vision

• Often in the church - The Pastor has a vision but the people do not get the vision

• When the people are not connected with the vision – They do not get the provisions of the vision

• When you get connected with the vision of the house – You are running with the vision

• Your greatest blessings comes through being connected with and running with the vision of the house

• God has an order – He tells us what He wants us to do - You can not do what you want to do

• You are part of the house – But are you helping to build the kingdom

• What are you doing to help build and take care of the house that you are attending?

• Every church that you go to, you should ask the “Man of God” what is the vision of the house - So you can get connected with the vision of the house

• What is Vision?
1. Vision is a mental picture of the future
(If you can see something, you will start going after it) God wants you to be so connected
with the vision of the house so you will start running with it
2. Vision is a plan or a goal, your hope, and your desire of what you see ahead
3. Vision will cause you to develop whatever skills you need to make the vision happen

• Three things that happen to you when you lack vision
1. It will rob you of your blessing and leave you in a perpetual state of need
2. It will keep you out of God’s plan and purpose, therefore causing you to miss a move
of God in your life
3. It will prevent you from seeing victory in your life and cause you to see only problems and
limitations

• Vision helps you to see the way God see things


• Remember - It is not Pastor’s vision – It is God’s vision

• The God given vision to Pastor Goudeaux thirty-one years ago

1. This will be a teaching ministry
2. A ministry of love
3. Multi-Racial congregation
4. A training Center
5. Ministry of schools
6. Outreach ministry
7. Deliverance ministry

• How you look at life will determine how life looks at you

• When things don’t go the way you want them to go - Or when you fail – Just keep pushing

• It’s about being persistent – Doing what you have to do - Hanging in there

• It’s about pursuing, overtaking and recovering all

• Where is your focus? – What you focus on will determine your attitude

• Focus on the positive and not the negative

• Whatever attitude you except is what you become

• A person with a poor attitude is always unhappy, always frustrated, and always a human magnet for bad things

• If you don’t adjust your attitude – You will never get to where God wants you to be

• Your attitude is always under attack

• If you get a negative attitude towards any area of your life – Things will not go good for you

• Change your attitude – Change your life

• If you can maintain a good attitude – You can come out of anything

• When ever you lose something – You should be crying out saying: ”Restore”

• You are only responsible for your own attitude

• Don’t allow your neighbor and all the doubt- helpers to effect your attitude

• Whatever you are going through – Just know that it is going to be well

• Do not become distracted or give up on your dreams and visions

• The angels of the Lord are in charge

• When facing the worse times of your life – There is only one thing God need you to do

• Keep a good attitude while going through it

• Six root causes of a bad attitude:1

1. Low self-esteem
2. How you handle stress

• You need to have the appropriate mindset because you are dealing with spiritual warfare

• The enemy is working hard to defeat your purpose or your destiny that God has for you

• Satan wants to frustrate your purpose - You need to have an attitude of pursuit

• Stay in the battle until you win – The game is not over until you win

• Pursuit means: to chase, to hunt, to track down, go after or to overtake, to pass, go beyond, and to out do

• David was a man after God’s own heart – He was know as a man of war

• Don’t lose your warring spirit

• You can not have a bountiful eye listening to all the negativity that exist

• The enemy is trying to break your focus causing you to stop looking at how big your God is

• What do you see? – How are you looking?

• Can you see some good things happening; can you see a turn-around, some favor, a blessing, a breakthrough? – Can you see God doing more in your life?

• You must live and walk by faith – If it is not working, you are out of position

• Most people who are out of position are there behind a bad attitude

• The most important asset is your attitude – More important than facts

• There are many facts around – But it is a good attitude that will change facts

• Your attitude is more important than what people say or think about you

• When things don’t go the way you want them to go – Make up your mind that you will not let it hold you back

• You know God has better things in store for you - you must live with high expectations

• Your attitude can either be an asset or a liability

• Your attitude determines you altitude

• Your attitude is important in all walks of your life

• Your attitude has nothing to do with your position

• It has everything to do with your disposition

• You must stay in faith – Staying in faith is keeping a good attitude

• Your attitude determines your success or failure

• Your attitude determines how you handle your feelings and emotions – Check your emotions

• Everyday - All day - For the rest of your life - You must work on your attitude

• Attitude determines your defeat or success - Your thoughts determines your attitude – And the man that wins is the man who thinks he can win

• The enemy is always trying to get you to think wrong things

• God can heal a bad attitude

• Change is not change until it’s change - You are growing stronger through change

• Three things that will never leave your life: Change, Transition, and Transformation

• Some people ask for change yet they fight change = Because it take them out of their norm or what they are use to

• You don’t know what you want when you pray – You want what God wants for you

• When you pray, you must know that if you’re being changed and things are being flipped around – You must trust God in the change

• Change brings pressure – Under pressure, your faith life is forced into the open and shows its true color

• Some changes you make yourself – Then there are changes that are forced on you

• What are you going to do? – Are you going to use your faith at this time?

• Don’t view change as a challenge – See it as an opportunity to become stronger

• In order to grow stronger through change do the following:

1. You must give-up fighting change

• Stop being an escape artist trying to avoid the stress that comes along with change

• Only when you ride the horse in the direction it’s going will you get to where you need to be

2. You must wise up - Use wisdom

• When you are suddenly hit with change, your “fight or flight” instincts arises

• You must go to God when this happens and allow Him to take you by the hand and lead you into change



3. You need to toughen up

• Take inventory of yourself – You can not do this by yourself – You need God

• Are you making it harder on yourself than it needs to be?

• Keep your mouth closed and trust God -Are you speaking faith or fear?

• Are you convincing yourself that you cannot handle the change?

• Make up your mind and know that you can handle it with God’s help

• God is concerned about everything in your life

• The Word says: “ask” and it shall be given “seek “ and you will find “knock” and the doors will be open

• God has increase on His mind for you

• Don’t try to get out of anything prematurely – Let it do its work so you become mature, well-balanced and not deficient in any area

• Resistance to change just creates ulcers, sleeplessness, and stress

• Change is here – Just get through it

• You must give honor to what God has put in place

• You can’t give dishonor and disrespect in what God has done then expect honor for you

• The way to recover all is to keep - The right attitude in the midst of your tough times

• Don’t focus on your pain – Focus on the one who can heal your pain

• When the hard times come your way – What do you do – How do you handle it?

• Do you allow it to keep you in bewilderment and pain for the rest of your life?

• You must learn to encourage yourself

• Self encouragement provides and opportunity for you to make adjustments in your attitude to where God can help you

• Do what you have to do to encourage yourself – Get some pom-poms, get some flags, and put on your favorite music

• When you encourage yourself – God will send some angels or something to help you in the midst of your situation that will change your situation around

• Your heart determines what will happen in your life

• That’s why the enemy is always trying to corrupt your heart

• You should never complain about life because – Life only gives you back what flows out from you

• How high you go or how low you stay is based upon your attitude

• If you don’t like where you are now – Change your attitude

• It is not what’s going on out there that is affecting you – It’s what going on inside of you

• God can still prosper you in a down economy

• Your attitude will change when you want it to change

• If you want to see a change in your life – Try to out-work, out-serve, out-help, out-give,
and out-pray every person in the church

• When you get offended, hurt or walk around in guilt and condemnation – You are making Jesus’ death in vain

• The three greatest words ever spoken was – Paid In Full

• The worst mistake you could ever make has already been paid for

• Now God wants you to walk around like you own the cross - You own the blood and truth

• He wants you to own that life and be somebody

• Most people have several areas in their lives where they need to be pursuing, recovering, and overtaking all

• Hurting people – Hurt other people

• When you are hurting, you must quickly work on yourself – Because you might do something to hurt someone else even though you don’t mean to

• When going through the tough times of your life – You must find ways to encourage yourself

• Surround yourself with people who are positive and are willing to offer you encouragement

• At some point, you have to stop complaining and start doing something

• There is no overtaking without pursuing

• If you are going to be a pursuer and a over taker – You must have a good attitude

• Your attitude is the behavior and the mood created by something that you have chosen to focus on

• Your attitude is more powerful than your gifts and talents

• Your attitude is the force that determines whether you will – Multiply or decrease, grow or die, attract or repel the company of other successful people

• When you are going through something and you have the right attitude – God will bring people across your path that will help you get to where you want to go

• Your attitude is the power tool used by God to reconstruct your circumstances around you

• When you change your attitude – There will be many things that will leave your life

• What you magnify in your mind – Is controlling your attitude

• When you have a bad attitude – You are a human magnet for every negative thing to come your way

• When you have a bad attitude – The enemy will cause you to do dumb things

• If you can just believe that God is with you – It will start changing your attitude

• He gave you Dominion – Might – The ability to function in this earth realm

• God gave you armor to function in this hostile world

• There are enemies in the spiritual realm that are fighting against your prosperity: spiritually – physically – mentally – financially – socially

• The enemy is warring against your forward progress

• David was a man after God’s own heart – He was known for war and fighting

• God wants you to be a warrior

• Whether you know it or not – You are under an attack from the enemy

• When you are going through an area that you are being challenged in your walk – You need to ask some questions:

• “Why am I feeling like this?” “Why am I feeling down and out?” “Why do I feel discouraged?” “Why do I feel like giving up?”

• Discouragement is the number one enemy to a believer

• If the devil can make you want to give up – Loose your heart – Loose your courage – You can not do anything

• Discouraged: Being drained of courage – Wanting to give up – Dismayed – Fearful – Depressed – Oppressed – Dishearten – To loose your confidence

• You can not use your faith - When you’re discouraged



• You must keep your eyes fixed toward the hills from which cometh your help

• Because your help cometh from the Lord

• God has given you everything you need to be successful in this earth realm

• You have to exercise your authority

• You can not allow this kingdom to rule your life by what you see or what you hear

• Because you have a friend – You don’t even have to go to family members for assistance

• If you have any type of relationship with someone - There will be conflict

• You must be conflict resolution minded in your relationships – You should work through them and not run from them

• Three things you need to know about conflict:
1. Conflicts always have a cure
• There is a resolution, there is peace – There is something that God can bring to cure your marital problems and your interpersonal relationships

2. You can not correct what you are not willing to confront
• Your graduation or you going to the next level will never happen until you confront the situation

3. You can not correct what you are not willing to confront
• You can not help everybody – Even God can not help a person when they are not willing to change

• If the person does not respect the God-Wisdom in you – They will never accept your counsel and you can not help someone who will not receive you

• Here are six Health benefits of Friendship:
1. Increases your sense of belonging and purpose
• The world does everything it can to keep you isolated and separated

2. It boost your happiness
• There are forces fighting against your happiness – God has an antidote called “a friend”

3. Friendship reduces stress
• One of the biggest killers today is stress – Most of the diseases people are receiving is out of stress

4. Improves your self-worth
• A good friend just makes you feel better about your self

5. Decreases the risk of serious Mental Illness
• Psychology Today, states that one out of three people are dealing with some level of Mental Illness – A friend will reduces those issues

• God designed a full-proof situation to help you through the times when you are hurting the most – God designed friendships

• God has brought friends into your life to help you be a better person

• They have something to add to you – Can you receive it?

• The devil fights so hard against you having friendships and relationships

• He does not want you to be sharpened to the level that you can be a serious weapon against the works of the enemy out in the world

• God wants to sharpen you – But it’s not going to be by yourself

• It will be because you learned how to build relationships and listen to them

• God brings you a gift – That gift is called a friend

• You can not get to where you want to go without receiving the wisdom of that friend

• You must come to the place in your life that you recognize the value of friendships

• If you don’t recognize the value or learn to receive wisdom from friendships

• You will always be flipping and flopping in your pursuit of happiness, greatness, and your prosperity – Because you don’t know how to protect your friendships

• There is a connection between friends, a chemistry – An aroma that is released and goes up to God when friends come together

• The same thing happens with churches – God brings you to a church where the “Man of God” can help you

• There is a releasing of the DNA of the “Man of God” into your life – This is all done to help you move up

• Don’t allow the enemy to cause you to get into offense and make you leave the place where you received your DNA

• Many Christians are living a passive lifestyle

• They are praying and asking God to do something - When God has asked them to do something

• God has commanded you to take your authority, your dominion, to use the anointing or the power of God that He has put upon you to make a difference

• There is an area of your life where God expects you as a Christian to be on the attack – To be violent toward what has been happening to you, your health, marriage, family, children, and your finances

• At the name of Jesus – Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess

• God has given you authority in the heavens and in the earth

• The violent shall take it by force

• Violent: Aggressive – To take power, might, and aggressive authority – Go after it

• You can not allow the enemy to come into your house and attack your family without aggressively dealing with him in that area

• You are called to take care of business – And you must have an aggressive attitude in those areas

• Whatever the enemy is fighting you with – You have the power, or authority to exercise in this earth realm

• Stop sitting around hoping and wishing for something to change in your life

• When you have the authority to change it - You have the authority to make a difference

• Many Christians are praying and putting it in God’s hand to do something

• That is a passive spirit that the enemy loves for Christians to have

• You’re praying for God to do something – When God has already told you what to do
• God wants you to be aggressive in every area of your life

• This is your year to bring back all that was stolen from you

• There were some things stolen from you that you didn’t even know about

• Some things were stolen from your family members who are no longer here

• The rewards are there for you

• Sometimes when you’re going through the tough times and there is no one to stand with you – You can not be mad at the people that will not encourage you

• You must stand anyway and encourage yourself in the Lord your God

• The devil loves to discourage you – He is trying to cause you to give up

• So those Christians don’t receive the blessing they want because they choose to hate and hold on to things

• Forgiveness is a principle – People want forgiveness without forgiving

• When you want something to change in your life – Start changing principles in your life

• If it has not been working for you – There is something you’re not doing that is holding back the blessing of God in your life

• It is never a God issue – It is a you issue

1. The spirit of wisdom will be stirred up in you life
2. Favor will flow into your life like a river
3. The spirit of generosity will be upon your life

• God is a “God of Principles”

• When you live according to His principles – You know that God will always show up big on your behalf

• The enemy fights against men and women who commit their lives to a life of living by God’s principles

• You already know a lot of the principles – But the devil will fight against the principles of God in your life

• You must fight to keep the principles

• The word keep is a military term – It means to guard and to protect with your life

• You must guard and protect the principles that you were taught in the word of God

• Honor the Lord with your substance – Be careful that you don’t start thinking that what you have is yours

• Everything that you have – God has given it to you

• If God is going to continue giving to you – You must be prepared to release what God has given to you so that He can give you more

• It is a principle – Give and it shall be given back unto you

• If God ever ask for something – He has more in store - If you release what He ask for

• Firstfruits is about honoring God – He always wants to be first

• Firstfruits giving is about honoring God and declaring Him “number one” in your life

• It’s about you letting earth, heaven, beneath the earth, and every demon – Know that God is “number one” in your life

• During the first part of the year – We have one Sunday designated as “Firstfruits Sunday”

• On that Sunday - You should bring your Firstfruits – Recognizing God as first

• If you put God first – He will put you at the top of His agenda

• Some people want God to do something first – God has already did His part

• God had respect for Abel’s offering

• Cain did not do as God had commanded – Therefore God did not honor Cain’s offering

• When you bring your Firstfruits – God declares it blessed – Then everything associated with it is blessed

• Jesus came from heaven and became a man – He was pulled out of humanity to be a sacrifice for us

• Because Jesus was a Firstfruits – When He gave His life – He became Holy and everybody connected with Him is also Holy

• Jesus is blessed – So everybody connected with Him is blessed

• Jesus is declared righteous - Everybody connected with Him is declared righteous

• If you don’t come on Firstfruits Sunday because you don’t want to come

• Then your attitude is going to cost you more than you can imagine

• If in the past you didn’t come because you didn’t think you had enough to give

• It’s not about how much you have – It’s about the attitude of what you do have

• Everybody can’t give on the same level

• Everybody can do something – Because what you want is the blessing

• Your Firstfruits is not being offered to Calvary Christian Center

• It is being offered unto the Lord - You should offer it with some excitement

• God is looking for you to have the right attitude –Stand and declare that your God is able

• Therefore, you will have: Safety – Protection – Blessings - God’s Anointing

• There is the principle of Love – If you give love – Love will come back to you

• If you give bitterness – Bitterness will come back to you

• Let your heart keep God’s commandments

• Keep: Means to protect with your life – You have to fight to keep the principles

• Keeping the principles will bring length of days and long life to you – God will continually add peace to you

• You must acknowledge God – So that He may direct your path

• You’re not smart enough to direct your own life

• The way you get smarter – Is to acknowledge God in all your ways

• You know that you will be successful when God is in charge

• Honor means to: Obey –Reverence – Worship - Respect

• What does God want from you? – He wants you to honor Him

• When you honor God – He honors you - When a man honors his wife – She will honor him

• Then God will honor that man because that man is operating according to what God has told him to do – That man is operating according to principle

• God so loved the world – He gave His only son “Jesus” – Which is a firstfruits

• As a result of God giving His son as a firstfruits offering

• He is still receiving a harvest today – You are a part of that harvest

• There is so much power in understanding the firstfruits offering

• Principles can be activated at any time – By doing the principle

• Principles are the pathway to abundant living – The enemy is fighting the principles working in your life

• Principle is trusting in God’s word – When you operate in principle – You are showing God that you trust Him according to His word - You can not separate God from His word

• Some Christians say they prayed but “never got their prayers answered, or nothing ever happened for them” – It is either them or God – That is the problem

• Let me tell you, “It’s not God” – Here’s the problem – They are not keeping His principles or they are not doing those things that are pleasing to Him

• Written in his book, “In His Presence”, E. W. Kenyon stated that “Jesus always did those things that are pleasing to God

• Make up your mind that God will be first in your - Marriage – Business dealings - Interpersonal relationships - Finances

• Whatever you do, put God first – Then God will promote you – God wants to be first

• When Adam sinned , it put God on the outside - Principles obligates God to function back in the earth – When you operate in principles, it gives God a legal right to get involved

• When you operate according to the principle of firstfruits – When you bring it and God blesses it – He still wants you to have some sense

• Many people have extended themselves beyond where they should have

• As God starts turning some things around in your life and starts blessing you again – Learn to be smarter – Don’t go out right away and start spending on things you don’t need

• Save your money – Pay off some debt – Start being wise with your stewardship

• “Father, today I want to commit my life to you; to always do those things that are pleasing unto you. I commit my life to serving and giving in every area of my life. I break and take authority over the cycle of destruction, lack, want, and need in my life. Thank you Lord God, that you are mindful of me; that you got me on your mind to increase me in every area of my life. I believe, by faith that today is the beginning of bigger and greater things because I commit to do those things that are pleasing and honorable unto you Father for the rest of my life.”

• These are Christians who have been washed in the blood and yet they are holding onto these things - Then they want God to bless them

• The enemy does not play fair – It’s not you – The enemy is fighting against principles

• The enemy knows that God is a “God of Principle” - Just remember to say that

God wants you to be a person of principle – When you are – Then you obligate God

• Most people don’t like that word “obligate”

• But it’s not so much that you obligate Him – God obligates Himself



• When we operate according to God’s principles – God can tell the devil that “they did my word, now I’m obligated to do it for them”

• Satan is the God of this world – However, every time you operate according to God’s principles – God has a legal right to bless you

• Every time you do something good – God does something

• Every time you do something evil – The devil does something

• The reason you are in some situations today is because you have violated a principle

• Most of you think you can do it yourself – You don’t take the time to acknowledge God

• The reason why you get into the situations that you do is because you don’t acknowledge God – You just do it yourself

• In all your ways – Acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths

• Honor the Lord with thy substance, and with the Firstfruits of all thine increase

“Covenant with Tithes”

• Covenant is a weapon of war – Just like obedience is a weapon of war

• The greatest covenant that is in scripture is – The covenant we have through the Blood of Jesus Christ

• However, there are other covenants that are part of the promises of God for you to benefit from as you obey God

• God is a “God of covenant” - God promises to do – If you will do

• Covenant: Agreement – Contract – Promise – Vow – Similar to our understanding of a firm handshake

• The greatest motivator for covenant is love - You should tithe because you love God

• God is committed to covenant – You must see and value covenant as God does

• Every time God made a covenant with man – He gave them a sign

• The sign is to remind God of His covenant with man - With every promise – There is a sign

• The tithe is a sign of the covenant – God is not committed until you do your part

• Every time you give – You remind God of the covenant – You also remind God that you remember covenant

• The word remember is a covenant word - It means to recall – Bring to remembrance – It also means memorial

• Let your giving be a memorial – A sign before the face of God

• Every time you tithe - It’s before God’s face - God is being reminded of what He said to you

• “To open the windows of heaven – Pour you out a blessing that there is not room to
receive – I will rebuke the devourer – I will make you a delightsome land”

• The tithe is not a religious obligation – It is a sign of the covenant – A reminder of God’s promise to you

“Seven Deadly D’s Of Spiritual Warfare”

Hebrews 8:6-9 Hebrews 7:1-9 Leviticus 17:30 I Corinthians 14:40 Malachi 3:7-12

• Whether you know it or not – You are under attack from the enemy

• If you will return unto God – He will return unto you

• When you disregard God – He will disregard you

• God takes it very personal when you turn your back on Him

• God said that He has bind Himself to you – He will be there to meet your needs

• All you have to do is keep His: Statutes – Principles - Order

• You need to understand that everything you have belongs to God

• God ask that you return a tenth to Him – When you do this, you are following His statutes

• One of the main areas that the enemy attacks is your finances

• Satan is trying to get you into situations that will prevent God from working on your behalf

• The enemy knows that if he can stop you from tithing - There will be a curse put on you for your disobedience to God

• God gave you everything you have – He asks you to return the tithe to Him - They are Holy

• God is not storing up money in heaven – What He is storing is your attitude of gratitude

• Therefore, the robbery is not the money – The real robbery is the opportunity for God to bless you the way He wants to bless you

• It’s a slap in God’s face when you say that you love God – Yet you will not obey God

• God is a “God of Order”

• God wants your life to be in order


• Here are Seven Deadly D’s To Spiritual Warfare:
1. Divider – Satan is a divider. He will try to divide you from your relationship from God -
your church – marriage – family
2. Denounce – Satan wants to denounce everything good about your life
3. Destroy – Satan’s MO is to destroy you
4. Doubt – This is a big weapon of the enemy
5. Discourage – Satan wants you to give up – to loose courage – to feel hopeless
6. Denial – Satan wars against you trying to get you to deny the things of God
7. Deception – Satan’s greatest weapon used to destroy you when you need God the most

• Everyone of you need God now more than you have ever needed Him before

• God is a “God of Order” – Whatever you give out – That same thing is coming back to you

• You can never complain about what you receive – Because you’re only receiving what you have given out

• Some people do not understand order – Would you put your money in a vending machine that had a sign saying “Out of Order”?

• When you disregard God with the tithe – It’s like a sign being placed on your back saying “Out of Order”

• When you come to church late – leave early – You’re “Out of Order”

• There’s people who ask God to bless them, their finances, their health, their business – Yet they are robbing God of the tithe

• Some people are eating the Word and enjoying the benefits of a ministry just like everyone else - Without contributing anything

• When you call the spiritual police on them – They have the nerve to get upset

• Are you allowing outside circumstances to get you “Out of Order” with God?

• Is your attitude towards what life is dishing out - Getting you out of faith with God?

• Are you allowing the Seven Deadly D’ s to get you “Out of Order”?

• You can not stay on the road to giving the enemy access to every area of your life

• The enemy wants to affect you and your family for generations to come – Demons love to find Christians who have “Out of Order” signs on them – You can not afford to continue giving the enemy the opportunity to block God from blessing you

• You can not give to God without God giving you back much more than you gave Him – It’s a matter of trust

“Warring With the Word”

II Corinthians 10:3-6 I Timothy 1:18 Malachi 3:10-12

• In these last days, the Holy Spirit has been teaching the church more and more about spiritual warfare – How to pray – How to rebuke the devil

• God is beginning to release more revelations concerning spiritual warfare so that His body can advance the Kingdom

• Holy Spirit will show you how to use every area that He has given you concerning weapons of warfare

• You know and use the spiritual warfare prayer – You loose, bind, cast out, and rebuke

• You do all that – But that is not complete

• There are more things that God is releasing so that you can see change in your life

• Your fight is not against flesh and blood – It’s against spiritual wickedness

• There are many weapons of our warfare – The spiritual warfare prayer is just one

• The word of God is a weapon – Until it is obeyed, it has not been activated

• You can come against the spirit of debt – Until you obey – Nothing changes

• In Deuteronomy 15:6, God told Israel “Thou shall not borrow” – But we are still borrowing

• People are borrowing so much until they began loosing their homes

• In Deuteronomy 28:12, God said “You shall be the lender and not the borrower”

• Romans 13:8 says: “Owe no man anything except to love him”

• The point is - You can come against any spirit you want – But until you obey God – You really have not waged a good war

• Every time you obey the word of God – You do serious damage to the kingdom of darkness

• God will not be out done – You have weapons – You need to know what they are

• Your obedience to the word is a weapon of warfare

• Everything that God has given in the word is a weapon for use – For you to overcome with

• Tithing is a weapon – When you obey God in the tithe – You advance in the Kingdom of God and punish the kingdom of darkness

• Too many Christians see the tithe as a traditional religious service – They don’t see it as a weapon of warfare

• You are a soldier in the Body of Christ – You’re not a civilian anymore

• When you gave your life to God – You became an enemy to the devil

• Disobedience is a weapon of the devil – Obedience is a weapon of God

• Many people are saying that the world’s financial crisis is a judgment of God

• The financial problems that has hit the world is sent by the enemy

• It was not sent to his children – It was sent for the children of God

• What the church was suppose to do – Was not get into fear and continue to obey God

• The church got afraid just like the world – They started listening to the news – What the government and others were saying

• Every time you disobey God – You slap God in the face

• Four things that will happen when you tithe:

1. Position: You will be placed into right position – You’ll be in the right place, at the right
time, to meet the right people

2. Provision: God will open up the windows and pour you out such a blessing – You will
have the power to prosper

3. Protection: God will rebuke the devourer for your sake – God provides protection for
His children when they obey

4. Partnership: God said if you return unto Him – He would return unto you – This is
Covenant - You enter into alliance with God

I Samuel 30:6- 26 I Samuel 17:34 -46 Ephesians 1:19-23 Ephesians 2:6 James 4:7

• It is about Spiritual Warfare – Attitude - Restoration

• If you want a year like no other - If you want all your stuff back – There is something that you have to do

• Stop waiting on God to do something – He has already done it

• You must take an aggressive attitude of fighting – The enemy is either fighting you or you are fighting him

• Learn how to engage the enemy on the level that will allow you to get your stuff back

• Learn how to fight off discouragement when you are in the mist of a battle

• When going through the darkest days of your life – Stop doing things the normal way

• Stop watching TV and doing other things that takes the focus off you praising God and pursuing Him – The anointing to pursue is upon you right now

• This is the time for you to say: “Enough is enough” – “I have taken all that I can take, and I’m not taking any more” – “I want my stuff back” – “I’m ready to fight”

• It is not about a physical fight – This is a spiritual battle

• You must have a spirit of pursuit – Stop letting the enemy get away with so much

• God is going to fight with you – He is not going to just fight for you

• You have the authority, in Jesus name, to engage the enemy – to disarm him - to defeat him to utterly destroy his works over your life

• You can not name a name that is not under the authority of the name of Jesus

• All things have been put under the feet of Jesus – He is the head over al things to the church

• We are the body of Christ – His feet are the church’s feet – Therefore, everything that can come against you is already under your feet – You and Christ are one

• Don’t subjugate your position of authority and allow the enemy to run over your life without fighting him back – Be an engager and a warrior

• Take your authority and fight the good fight of faith - To win every battle

• Resist: Stand against – In apposition – Deny it’s operation in your life – You must stand against everything that is standing against you

• Devil –same as the Spanish word Diablo – which is derived from the Greek word Diabolos

• Diabolos: He keeps coming – Keeps wearing you down until he wins

• Submit yourself to God – Resist the devil – And he will flee from you

• When you speak in the name of Jesus – By the authority of His name – By the blood, when you declare and decree a thing – It is going to happen if you stay in faith believing

• The worst thing that can ever happen to Diabolos – Is for you to get a righteous indignation and say : “Enough is enough” – “I’m not going to take any more” – It’s time for War

• The enemy wants to contain and restrict you – He is always fighting to keep you contained

• The only way out – You have to break out by the authority of the name of Jesus

Things to know when you pursue

• Pick – Be wise on the things you decide to pursue - Know what direction you’re going while pursuing – Attack the strongholds that are associated with the situation

• Participate – It is going to take participation with God for your deliverance and victory – This means engaging together, “we fight the good fight of faith”

• Practice – Being persistence is the key to you winning – Engage the enemy – Declare that you are not coming out of prayer until you see your victory

• Point – Be open for guidance and correction – Success is not measured by how many times you fail – It’s measured by how many times you try after you fail

• Pursue – Overtake – Recover All

• The way to pursue is with your heart

• It can not be in your head - Because things in your head come and go

• It has to be in your heart

“Overthrowing Challenges”

I Samuel 30:1-6 I Samuel 22:1-8 Genesis 14:11 Proverbs 6:31

• When the enemy invades your home or your marriage

• It’s all about taking something away from you – Subtracting from you

• The enemy will come through the back door or he will side swipe you – Even when you are doing everything right

• It is the enemy’s M.O. to take something captive – The devil don’t play fair

• David went and ministered to the four-hundred men in the cave Adullam – God brought them out of their distress, debt, and discontentment (their cave mentality )

• Life will sometimes throw you a curve – Like David, you have to learn to encourage yourself

• Don’t sit around waiting on someone to encourage you – Get into your secret place and encourage yourself

• Go before the Lord – He is the only one that can bring you out victoriously

• Stop sitting around crying – It is not the time for crying – It is time for battle

• Either you are attacking the enemy or he is attacking you – Either you are fighting the enemy or he is fighting you

• There is no middle ground – The devil is not going to let you start a business without him doing everything he can to stop and block you

• The one thing the devil doesn’t want – For you to let God bring glory and honor to your life

• Quit feeling sorry for yourself – Stop waiting to see what God will do about the situation

• God does not need you to wait to see what He is going to do – He needs you to get out and fight, fight, fight

• God is the “God of the War” and He is the “God of the Battle” – Get in the battle and start fighting for your life

• Pursue – Overtake – Recover all

• Declare war – Let the devil know that it’s going to cost him something for messing with you

• Declare the Word of God on the devil – Demand that he cease all activity against you

• Loose him – Sever him – Break him into pieces – Destroy – Crush – Dissolve his works by the authority of the name of Jesus

• Shout your victory – Right now

• Declare and decree that the Lord has said unto you – That you are the healed – The prosperous – The blessed – The head and not the tail – Above and not beneath

• I am not defeated – I am victorious

• Every time the devil gets into your life – He tries to go his way with your stuff

• When you hear bad news – Don’t start calling everyone – It’s time to start doing something

• Declare that the fight is on – Let the enemy know that he crossed the line when he started messing with you

• When the anointing of the Lord is upon you – You got a just cause – A righteous cause

• You don’t have to sit around crying and waiting for something to happen

• You already have permission – The authority – The power – The anointing

• To do something about your situation

• Pursue: The act of chasing – Overtaking – To chase down like a dog – To hunt – To track down – To go after

• When something happens in your life and the enemy comes after you

• You need to go after him – When you go after him in the name of the Lord – The Lord is going to be with you

• The battle is not just about you – It’s about generations – The devil has been stealing from your blood line – Your family members have not done anything about it

• Declare and decree that the enemy must bring back all of your generational stuff right now

• When you start the hunt – God will anoint you – He will give you insight and strategy on how to defeat your enemy
PURSUE – OVERTAKE – RECOVER ALL!
