“God’s Encouragement”
“I Shall Pursue”

I Samuel 30:6- 26 I Samuel 17:34 -46 Ephesians 1:19-23 Ephesians 2:6 James 4:7

• It is about Spiritual Warfare – Attitude - Restoration

• If you want a year like no other - If you want all your stuff back – There is something that you have to do

• Stop waiting on God to do something – He has already done it

• You must take an aggressive attitude of fighting – The enemy is either fighting you or you are fighting him

• Learn how to engage the enemy on the level that will allow you to get your stuff back

• Learn how to fight off discouragement when you are in the mist of a battle

• When going through the darkest days of your life – Stop doing things the normal way

• Stop watching TV and doing other things that takes the focus off you praising God and pursuing Him – The anointing to pursue is upon you right now

• This is the time for you to say: “Enough is enough” – “I have taken all that I can take, and I’m not taking any more” – “I want my stuff back” – “I’m ready to fight”

• It is not about a physical fight – This is a spiritual battle

• You must have a spirit of pursuit – Stop letting the enemy get away with so much

• God is going to fight with you – He is not going to just fight for you

• You have the authority, in Jesus name, to engage the enemy – to disarm him - to defeat him to utterly destroy his works over your life

• You can not name a name that is not under the authority of the name of Jesus

• All things have been put under the feet of Jesus – He is the head over al things to the church

• We are the body of Christ – His feet are the church’s feet – Therefore, everything that can come against you is already under your feet – You and Christ are one

• Don’t subjugate your position of authority and allow the enemy to run over your life without fighting him back – Be an engager and a warrior

• Take your authority and fight the good fight of faith - To win every battle

• Resist: Stand against – In apposition – Deny it’s operation in your life – You must stand against everything that is standing against you

• Devil –same as the Spanish word Diablo – which is derived from the Greek word Diabolos

• Diabolos: He keeps coming – Keeps wearing you down until he wins

• Submit yourself to God – Resist the devil – And he will flee from you

• When you speak in the name of Jesus – By the authority of His name – By the blood, when you declare and decree a thing – It is going to happen if you stay in faith believing

• The worst thing that can ever happen to Diabolos – Is for you to get a righteous indignation and say : “Enough is enough” – “I’m not going to take any more” – It’s time for War

• The enemy wants to contain and restrict you – He is always fighting to keep you contained

• The only way out – You have to break out by the authority of the name of Jesus

Things to know when you pursue

• Pick – Be wise on the things you decide to pursue - Know what direction you’re going while pursuing – Attack the strongholds that are associated with the situation

• Participate – It is going to take participation with God for your deliverance and victory – This means engaging together, “we fight the good fight of faith”

• Practice – Being persistence is the key to you winning – Engage the enemy – Declare that you are not coming out of prayer until you see your victory

• Point – Be open for guidance and correction – Success is not measured by how many times you fail – It’s measured by how many times you try after you fail

• Pursue – Overtake – Recover All

• The way to pursue is with your heart

• It can not be in your head - Because things in your head come and go

• It has to be in your heart
